The guarantee also does not apply to fees or monthly payments made by Pre-GIBBS Members on the payment plan. 

The guarantee below applies to GIBBS Members of ABCIncome who purchase our advertising services.

ABCIncome guarantees to assign to you Affiliates, along with revenue producing customers, within the time specified who have qualified themselves by:

1. Reading our Website and understanding and agreeing to its terms.

2. Agreeing to maintain at least $100 a month in customer sales volume in order to be able to be eligible to receive commissions or participate in ABCIncome's program. There is no guarantee that an Affiliate will maintain the required sales volume, and ABCIncome cannot make them do so. However, they will not be allowed to participate in ABCIncome's system and will not be able to place orders unless and until they have at least $100 a month in sales volume, thus giving them an incentive to do so.

Individuals who have meet the above requirements are referred to as, “Pre-Qualified Signups.”

ABCIncome guarantees that your order will typically be fulfilled in one to seven business days, but please allow up to 60 business days during periods of extremely high demand, holidays, etc. 

If your order is not filled within the above specified time, 60 days, you may request a FULL refund for any Pre-Qualified Signup that ABCIncome failed to assign to you.

At all times we work very hard to continually tweak and fine tune our system to achieve the highest possible rates of qualified applicants. Occasionally an Affiliate's application may be declined or a new Affiliate assigned to you may not reach or maintain $100 a month in sales volume, meaning that they will not generate a commission to you. You can reasonably expect that to be a rare occurance. ABCIncome sets as its standard that 80% to 90% (8 to 9 out of every 10) of the Pre-Qualified Signups that you order are viable enough to generate at least an initial commission to you. We guarantee to do all of the work, all of the marketing, advertising, customer service, etc., to assign to you the Pre-Qualified Signups that you have ordered, and your money back if we don't. But we do not guarantee the viability or long-term intentions of each person assigned to you. If you are not satisfied with the viability of PQSs you do not have to continue to place orders. You may also wish to strongly consider joining our $1,000 Club as it not only significantly increases the viability of associates and customers assigned to you, but their order and sales volumes are also historically MUCH higher than those of Affiliates who are not members of the $1,000 Club.

You agree to purchase your choice of a one month of Success Coaching and Training subscription and/or acquire customers amounting to at least $100 per month in sales at the time that you pay our service fee and become a fully paid client. You cannot enter our system as a fully active advertiser until you have at least $100 a month in sales activity.

You may request a refund by logging into the secure ABCIncome Business Center, clicking on the Support link, and submitting your request through our Help Desk. Please do not submit refund requests via any other means. ABCIncome will respond by providing you with the names and contact information of the individuals assigned to you in our system as proof of the services provided to fulfill your order, or issue you a full refund for any Pre-Qualified Signup that ABCIncome failed to assign to you...

Your refund will be issued to the same credit card or account that you used to make the purchase and you should see it appear by the time of your next statement.

What We Do NOT Guarantee:

A. In addition to the items listed below we point out the obvious in making it clear that ABCIncome's program is NOT free, nor is there any wording on our Website that implies that our program or services are free.

B. ABCIncome does NOT guarantee or claim in any way that you will get rich overnight, though it is certainly possible to grow rich over time.

C. ABCIncome does NOT guarantee that you will earn a certain dollar amount, nor do we claim to predict your earnings in any way. It is up to you to predict and/or control how much money you do or do not make as a result of using our system.

D. ABCIncome does NOT guarantee a return or refund of your non-refundable ABCIncome application fee, except in the event that your application is declined. Those costs are simply a part of your startup costs, just as there are costs associated with any business. These costs are trivial and pale in comparison to the franchise fees, licensing fees, and other startup cost associated with most other types of businesses. Even so, if you cannot afford these costs please do not sign up for our program.

Our guarantee applies to GIBBS Members of our program who place orders with us for our advertising and business building services. This guarantee does not apply to Trial Members, Basic Members, or Pre-GIBBS Members as they are unable to place advertising orders.
